Students say they grow up, learning the same lesson, among their friends and classmates.
"The one thing I've learned since I was in elementary school is, don't be a rat. If anything, you get picked on worse for it," said Ashley Campbell, a senior at King High School, in Tampa. She is one of several students at the school who are peer mediators.
