Been putting out little computer fires today! Not mine luckily, but wife's 9 yo Dell has just about ate the radish!! Ordered her a new laptop and hoping that will free my time up...LOL :)

The sides were just baked beans and a deli style (Publix) Broccoli salad.

May or may not be a recipe here.

Came out real good. Used my Hot Chicks Rub on it. Was thinking of making maybe a saweet smokee sauce?

I am sure Steve's recipe is great for the 'smoked', I just am not a fan of the 'smoked flavor'...sorry. But, I am sure its a good recipe anyway at least it looks yummy and seems easy enough. And I like the side dishes too...prefect all around meal.
