Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Most people wouldn’t give the question much thought, and it’s a rare day indeed when a motorist passes a riding mower on a roadway. But it’s a question of enormous consequence to Franklin Lloyd Harris.

well you can certainly get a D.U.I. on one these days...good luck Frankie!

I would lean towards no, but there was a guy in Ohio who made a motorized barstool and was <surprise> a little tipsy when he was driving it down the street and he was ticketed. It was thrown out if I remember correctly and he was offered $3,000 for a stool. If you can get a DUI just being behind the wheel of a car when you don't even have the keys in the ignition, then I guess this is at least consistent with that reasoning.

I would say no, as well, but if a car swerves to avoid hitting it on the road, spins over and kills the driver, I'd say it is as dangerous as a vihicle.
