OMG!!! the man gets charged for the woman breaking into his house??????
I agree she should be charged, but here is the rub:
Floyd admitted to shooting the gun but told deputies he had only fired into the air as the woman was leaving
If he would have shot while she was chopping the door down no issue, but apparently the attack was over when he fired the shot....that will get you every time.

yea...we can laugh now, but in my case booze, cars, locked doors and another man did not mix. got rid of the booze the vw and the wife, she kept the guy...but it is a hell of a lot better to be laughing free!
