Early Monday morning Clearwater police officials said Charles Moore smashed his car into an innocent driver.

Just minutes earlier he was accused of battering a loved one. He then took off in his car and threatened to kill himself.

Sarasota Police released a chilling 911 call from a woman who on Tuesday tried to flee from her boyfriend in her car.

You could hear her say, "I have someone chasing me and they just hit my car."

She crashed as the 911 dispatcher tried to reach her. "What happened! Ma'am? Ma'am?"

Police say the victim was speeding trying to get away from the father of her two children, Eddie Smith. Smith was arrested for beating her.
