Man in dog sex case allowed to leave home

advertisement

In Florida, sex with a dog (or any other animal) is perfectly legal — as long as you don't hurt the dog.

Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

So when an 8-year-old whippet was seriously injured and given to animal services, authorities decided to charge 21-year-old Laszlo Arsenio Horvath with animal abuse. (The dog eventually was put down.)

Horvath had been placed on home confinement while his case was pending, but this week a judge decided to allow him out to attend school and look for a job, OrlandoSentinel.com reports.

But one condition remains: no pets at home.

Our society has gone to the dogs. Friends and neighbors lock up your dogs, small animals and livestock because young Mr Horvath is on the loose. It is he who should be in the kennel and the whippet should be at home.

Should have been prosecuted and charged for animal cruelty.

imagine what was going on in the dog's head as this happened. if the animal was somehow smart enough to understand that what was happening shouldn't be happening, it'd be a first where the pet was actually smarter than the owner.

See what happens when we open the flood gates on 'sexual orientation'?! No accountability or condemnation by society..... Welcome to Rome... .

This may have been going on for some time and no one knew it. These type of acts probably occur more often in society than people realize because animals cannot speak out to defend themselves (and because the perpetrators probably don't go around advertising their cruelty), it goes unreported or undiagnosed as with many abuse cases.

Hope the justice system makes him serve prison time or forces him to get help (if that is at all possible). They say child molestors/ sex offendors most often are not reformable. Whatever happens to this guy, he'll get his karma!

wow somebody has taken the rap songs waaaaay too literally... and as for sex with a dog he should be put down... with a .45 or some similar large caliber preferrably fully automatic weapon... or at least put in jail and they allow the other inmates to do to him what he did to the dog sick f$%^&

They might be barking up the wrong tree... it is possible to branch out, but I would just leave it alone. Nothing to yelp at unless one gets a twig in their eye.
