A man with disabilities and felony convictions for having sexual contact with a child and accepting stolen property was found at the bottom of a swimming pool today, authorities said.

John Spencer French, 34, was found at the bottom of a pool at an assisted living facility on Yvonne Street near Apopka, Orange sheriff's Capt. Angelo Nieves said.
French had no vital signs at the scene, Orange County Fire Rescue Lt. Marianne Nuckles said.
He had been missing since Wednesday. The pool was cleaned Thursday.
