The judgment handed down Friday in New York involves an Atlanta lawyer who has been crusading against circumcision as a dangerous and unnecessary practice.

Goin' out of business should *not* absolve the business of it's financial requirement. I view it as a fraud...

If it was a public company then stockholders should be held liable for the penalties.
If it was a private company then the owners' estates should be help liable.
