Jason Moore, 35, of Wesley Chapel, was pronounced dead at University Community Hospital.

Moore worked for Team Fishel, a company TECO hired to work on electrical lines, officials said. He was working from a bucket truck on North Florida Avenue near Floral Drive about 1 p.m. when he made contact with the line, which carries power through the neighborhood.

Another employee lowered the bucket and got Moore out. Someone administered CPR until paramedics arrived, said Ray Yeakley, spokesman for Hillsborough County Fire Rescue.
