COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Federal officials estimate some 2.5 million people are trafficked around the world each year. And human trafficking is happening in Southern Colorado. There's a one-day event Saturday designed to promote awareness of and action against modern-day slavery and human trafficking.
