Sarasota, Florida -- An arrest is made in a 10-year-old sexual battery case of two Sarasota children. Sarasota police say 42-year-old Melquiades Lopez-Tovar was arrested on June 9 for the Sexual Battery of two children. The crimes occurred approximately 10 years ago. At the time of the crimes the female victim was 10-11 years old and the male victim was 6-7 years old.
