BELLEVUE—The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops opened their spring meeting Wednesday with votes planned on revising the church's policy on protecting children from clergy sex abuse and on a statement opposing physician-assisted suicide. More than 300 clergy leaders from across the country are attending the meeting.
