According to the police report, around 2:47 a.m., 28-year-old Jessica White approached the 19-year-old girl after the girl's dog pooped in her yard on Sudbury Drive.
Police say White punched the girl on the forehead during the fight. The girl was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries and White was taken to jail.

People really do have to put up with a lot of crap in Florida, it seems..
Back in the 60's.. a friend of mine was so ticked off about a neighbor and their dog that did the same thing.. instead of confronting the person.. he waited a couple of weeks while he collect feces into a bucket.. from his dog's .. one evening between 1 and 4am .. he took the bucket of feces, and put some of the contents on the driveway next to the guys driver's door, on top of the roof.. inside where the windshield wipers are, and the passenger's side.. and at the bottom of the stairs of his front door.. then waited..
His neighbor leaves for work at 6am ..steps in it at the bottom of the stairs.. my friend said he was dressed in a nice suit.. and then steps on it next to his car..

If White did not start the fight, why is she is cuffs? Last time I had a doggie poop in my yard, I hosed him down....I gave the owner a couple of warnings. No fisticuffs, no cops, wet doggie! "Be like water, the art of fighting, without fighting "......Bruce Lee...LOL!

#2 - Tue Jan 31, 2012 12:31 AM ESTI don't give a rat's ass. I am tired of these nasty people letting their dogs @!$%# in my yard. Pick it up and cart it back. I took a big steaming pile that I watched my neighbors dog lay and left it on their front porch. I spend $45+ every month to keep my lawn looking good and I don't want your dog @!$%# on it. I would have been pissed too. I would have probably just put some gloves on and threw that @!$%# at her. I like the way monkeys handle things. LOL!
