According to the affidavit, when told she was going to be put through some roadside tests to determine if she was safe to drive, Raymond explained that if she was asked to close her eyes and keep her balance she wasn't going to do well because, "big breast you don't balance well."

I certainly would arrest her for stripping.. Gawd! I do not know about anyone else.. but I certainly would not want to see how many 'rings' are around her 'trunk'.
