The boy, a student at White Cliff’s Middle School, was seen in the school bus security video opening the rear emergency exit door of the bus and stepping out while the bus was still in motion, according to Mohave County Sheriff's spokeswoman Trish Carter. The bus was traveling at about 15 miles per hour at the time.
The boy was treated for minor injuries at the Kingman Regional Medical Center Emergency room, including a possible broken elbow and a concussion.
The boy had been disruptive while riding the bus home, according to a report from the sheriff’s office. The report details how he refused to comply with the bus driver’s attempts to control him and the video recordings from the bus.

What a fine student. My son would not want to come home after this kind of dumb @!$%# fail. I mean seriously, how dumb do you have to be. You have just proven to be a total idiot all the way home, then you jump out the back and hurt yourself. Now the kid is probably expelled, the parents have to pay his medical bills, and no doubt there will be a @!$%#load of studies done on the back doors of school buses that will be footed by the American Tax Payer. Thanks kid. Your a real winner.

Don't worry...at least the school and the bus company will most likely settle the lawsuit and save the taxpayers some money. (sad but probably true)
