The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/xCl0Fc) reports that prosecutors in Madison County have charged 31-year-old Tommy Williams of Alton with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.

There should be no discussion here. If his DNA shows up anywhere on this child, he should be taken out on the front steps of the court house and shot. Keep him away from other children. He will probably get some shark attorney who will come up with some kind of reason for his behavior, he gets a couple of years in the can, then out again to do it to someone else.
