@ maddad- Agreed. It is a pity more $$$$ is spent on space exploration than law enforcement, espcially when it comes to sex crimes and predators.

This is indeed a hurtful story. So he got his victims, or most of them supposedly from the cub scouts? That's what's so sordid about pedophiles. Here's an attractive man, who is indeed a monster, who could have sought help for his problem and found an adult male to be with. But, I imagine, if someone wants children (I can't imagine why) they wouldn't be molesting them to begin with and would already be seeking mature, adult relationships. Perhaps therein lies the problem. They can't have mature, adult relationships. I've been a victim of sexual abuse and have had counseling and I wonder what scars I still carry, if any. I am a gay man and have never loved myself nor have I found love and have traveled a self-destructive path throughout my life. I wonder how many other men out there who are not gay have not had any counseling at all after having been sexually molested. I can't imagine what they have gone through. I always knew I was gay even as a child, and even though what I went through was horrible at ten, for someone straight to experience sexual molestation at the hands of a pedophile would leave them perhaps questioning their own sexuality, their manhood and their sanity.
