Jose R. Rojas reported for work at his Coral Gables office Friday with a wooden mop handle, a roll of duct tape, gloves, a wool hood and a pellet gun — items he would need to torture his business partner, attempt to extort money from her, and ultimately bludgeon her and an unidentified man to death, according to police.
