TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. - David Cooper just happened to come home from work early Monday evening, when he stumbled upon a young girl who looked like she was in trouble. Cooper said she was hardly wearing any clothes and was barefoot in the street at the Doral Oaks apartment complex.
