HOUSTON -
A woman has been accused of robbing and assaulting a wheelchair-bound woman.Zentia Antoinette Robinson, 22, has been charged with aggravated robbery.Houston police said Robinson left a prescription bottle in the wheelchair-bound woman's apartment in the 500 block of East Tidwell Road on Sept. 17.
