A 59-year-old mobile home park worker has been arrested on charges of sexual battery on a child less than 12 years old. Daniel William Helms, a resident and employee of the Buckeye Mobile Home Park on Donegan Road in Largo, was arrested Monday by the Largo Police Department, Pinellas County Jail records show.
