Tampa, Florida -- Authorities say the 26-year-old man accused of sexually battering a 70-year-old woman admitted to the crime and today he learned he'll stay in jail while he awaits trial. Meanwhile, his mother spoke to reporters and apologized for her son's alleged actions.
"In my heart of hearts I don't want to believe he did it, but DNA doesn't lie," said the mother of 26-year-old Demetreius Morris.
