Osceola County deputies said they arrested a man after he assaulted a woman Friday night.Deputies said on Friday, around 11:09 p.m., they went ot a home on Tampa Avenue in Kissimmee after receiving several disturbance calls from witnesses and the suspect.Upon arrival, deputies entered the residence and located the suspect, identified as Carl Capers, sexually battering a female victim, officials said.
