CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. - Investigators with the Citrus County Sheriff's Office are reviewing an arrest after video of the incident was brought the their attention on January 15. In the undated video, which was put on YouTube in January, Deputy Andy Cox pulled over a gray van for expired tags. The driver got out and Cox asked for his license and registration.
